Job Title: Multi-Trader/ General builder (Must Drive - covering SW & SE London & Surrey areas Salary:30k - 35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Location: Covering South West & South East London & Surrey areas We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join our team, working across high-end residential properties and insurance referral projects in South West and South East London. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of trade works including carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and general building tasks. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and professionalism. Transport materials and tools to and from job sites. Interact with clients in a polite and professional manner, maintaining excellent customer service. Requirements: Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (essential). Proven experience in multiple trades: carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and general building. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Flexible and proactive attitude. Able to travel across SW and SE London daily. We Offer: Competitive salary of 30k- 35,000 per annum. Steady, full-time work (Monday to Friday). A varied role working in respected residential properties and on insurance-based repair works.
