Heidelberg Materials is looking for aTerritory Sales Manager (TSM)to lead a portfolio of customer accounts across a defined geographical region.As a TSM, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic sales plan to grow market share, increase revenue, and improve profitability. You’ll engage with customers through multiple channels—including digital platforms—to deliver value-added products and services.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Develop and execute structured call cycles using digital tools (e.g., video calls) to maintain strong customer engagement. Prepare quotes, support tender submissions, and contribute to annual sales budgets and forecasts. Resolve customer queries promptly Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase share of wallet. Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships aligned with the Market Strategy Plan (MSP). Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless product and service delivery. Identify and communicate market insights and customer needs to internal teams. Track and forecast customer metrics and project outcomes. Maintain accurate records in CRM and SAP systems, ensuring all sales processes are followed. Leverage market data (e.g., ABI) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to identify opportunities and improve customer experience.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or territory management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
