The team is friendly, approachable, and fully committed to ongoing development and progression.The RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level solicitor with a passion for commercial property law. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners on a varied caseload that includes: Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related agreements Development work including site acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant matters Supporting on high-value or complex commercial transactions Providing advice to SMEs, investors, and developersAbout YouYou will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with betweenNQ to 3 years PQE Strong grounding in commercial property law from a recognised private practice firm A client-focused, commercially aware approach Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
