Role Overview The Commercial Property Solicitor will manage your own caseload and support senior colleagues on complex matters. Your work will cover a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, including: Sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold commercial property Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants) Property finance and funding matters Development projects, including planning agreements Advising on title issues, easements, and restrictive covenants This role offers variety, client interaction, and autonomy from day one, alongside opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.
