This unique and flexible role could be for you.Our ClientOur client is a legal and business consultancy service advising growing companies, entrepreneurs and fast growth businesses in a wide range of sectors, including fintech, insurtech, sustainability and fashion.The RoleThe Successful Candidate Will Provide Direct 1-2-1 Support To Our Senior Corporate Partner As Well As Additional Fee Earners In The Team, OnCompany secretarial work for clients, including managing company registers and filingClient onboarding, including carrying out client due diligence checks using the electronic verification software, liaising with the client partners on risk assessments and creating new client profiles on the case management systemApplications To HMRC (a Knowledge Of These Investment Tax Schemes Will Be Useful, But Not Essential, As Training Will Be Given)oSeed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) applications; andoEnterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Share Valuation applications.The CandidateTo Succeed In This RoleHighly motivated with a strong desire to continuously expand knowledge and gain diverse experienceProven ability to work independently with flexibility and adaptabilityPreferably some experience in a corporate law firm environment, supporting senior stakeholders or with a background in corporate secretarial workThe TermsThis position is being offered with part time and flexible hours, ranging from 15 to 22 per week, depending on the requirement of the successful candidate.The hours can be worked flexibly, ideally over 3 or 4 days.A salary of £30-33K FTE* is available for the right candidate, depending on experience.The position will be mostly remote, with occasional requirement to travel to London or Chelmsford (initially there will be a greater expectation to be office based some of the time, reducing once established)If you are keen to work flexibly for an exciting legal firm apply today.Full time equivalent actual salary will depend on hours workedLNKD1_UKTJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
