Job DescriptionAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist solicitors and conveyancers in managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Supporting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing filesDrafting legal documents and correspondenceConducting property searches and reviewing title documentationLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third partiesPreparing completion statements and handling pre- and post-completion mattersKeeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standardsRequirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing role (paralegal or legal assistant)Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and related legal proceduresStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and client-care skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressureProficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
