In 30 Seconds... What you will do : As a Tech Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end technology recruitment across the German market, hiring across Software, Engineering, Data, and Cloud. Youll build long-term client relationships, run autonomous searches, and support business development in a founder-led recruitment consultancy with uncapped commission. Who you will report to : Eden, one of our Founding Partners Key impact : Contribute to client success, support desk growth, and help deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. What Youll Do Run end-to-end recruitment for tech roles across Germany. Support business development initiatives and client engagement under guidance from senior colleagues. Maintain client relationships and contribute to account growth. Partner with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs. Source top-tier candidates using a blend of tools, outreach, and market mapping, always prioritising fit and experience. Leverage AI tools and processes to streamline workflow and candidate outreach. Track metrics and KPIs: jobs, interviews, hires, and billings. Champion a quality approach, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and clarity. Who You Are Experience: 3+ years in Technology Recruitment. Experience managing multiple searches and client accounts. Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, closed communities, and market mapping. Comfortable using CRM and recruitment systems. Business development and basic account growth experience. Candidate engagement and stakeholder management. Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment. Proven commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Able to provide credible market insight to clients and candidates. High accountability, collaborative mindset, and quality-first approach.
