Job DescriptionReal Estate Claims Handler Casualty (Hybrid | Chelmsford | Up to 40,000)Were working on behalf of a leading name in the insurance sector that is expanding its team with the addition of a Real Estate Claims HandlerThis is a permanent hybrid role, with a base in Chelmsford and flexibility to work from home part of the week. The salary is up to 40,000, depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle UK and European Real Estate Casualty claims (primarily Public Liability: injury and third-party property damage)Full cradle-to-grave file handling, including setting reserves and determining liabilityLiaise with brokers, insurers, policyholders, and other stakeholdersProduce formal reports and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with adjusters and account managers across the UK and EuropeSupport with MI reporting, billing, and invoicingIdeal Candidate:Minimum 2 years experience handling Casualty Claims (Public Liability)Comfortable working independently and within a teamFamiliar with UK claims protocols and ideally has experience managing client schemesConfident in technical claims handling and reportingEuropean language skills are a bonus but not essentialThis is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and growing team with long-term development potential.
