Academics is looking for a dedicated and caring Complex Needs Support Assistant to join an inclusive and nurturing SEN school in Chelsmford. This role is ideal for someone patient, empathetic, and committed to helping students with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties), MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) and other complex needs reach their full potential. What Will You Do?
