They pride themselves on providing excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, architects, and developers.Roles/ResponsibilitiesAnalyse construction drawings to determine customer requirements for doors and related productsPrepare and submit timely and competitive quotations to customersDevelop a thorough understanding of the clients full range of products and services to accurately recommend solutionsCollaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure products meet relevant regulations, such as fire ratingsMaintain detailed records of estimates and proactively follow up with the sales team on submitted quotesQualificationsProven experience in an Estimator role within the construction industryConfident in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specificationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and organisational skillsKnowledge of doors, door sets, and relevant regulations is desirableBenefitsSalary of 38,000 per annum plus a performance-based bonus schemeHybrid working model with occasional visits to the Northolt head officeStandard working hours with a one-hour lunch breakOpportunities for professional growth and product trainingSupportive and collaborative team environment
