The business is undergoing significant transformation and has ambitious plans for expansion, providing a unique platform to accelerate your career and make a measurable impact.The RoleLead and develop a small finance teamAct as a strategic finance business partner, collaborating across all levels of the organization, including regular interaction with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.Oversee and enhance key commercial finance activities, including pricing strategy, margin management, forecasting, budgeting, and data presentation to diverse audiences.Drive operational excellence and support turnaround initiatives within a lean, agile back office.Foster strong relationships across the business, from C-suite executives to frontline colleagues and customers.About YouACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant.Demonstrable experience in sectors such as food & beverage, retail, or hospitality, particularly those with complex pricing and sales environments.Proven track record in pricing, margin analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, with the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.Exposure to private equity-backed businesses is highly advantageous.Hands-on, proactive, and confident interpersonal style; comfortable engaging at all organisational levels, from boardroom to shop floor.Thrives in a turnaround environment and is motivated by the opportunity to drive tangible business improvement.What's on OfferOn-site presence required four days per week (non-negotiable)Competitive salary up to 70,000, plus a 15% bonus and comprehensive benefits.Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
