Roaming Sales and Lettings Negotiator

My client, a well-established and expanding estate agency, is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Sales and Lettings Negotiator to cover several key offices across the Essex and Suffolk region, including Chelmsford, Kelvedon, Colchester, Sudbury, and Frinton-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives on independence, and has a passion for property. The role will involve working across both residential sales and lettings, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for ambitious professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property viewings for both sales and lettings Travel between offices based on business needs Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors Keep CRM systems up to date and maintain accurate documentation Deliver outstanding customer service across all locations Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in estate agency (sales or lettings) preferred Confident, personable, and proactive Comfortable working independently across multiple branches Strong communication and negotiation skills Local knowledge of the Essex/Suffolk property market is a plus Must hold a full UK driving licence Benefits Include: 24-26k basic + commission OTE of 30k in first year Car allowance or company vehicle Ongoing training and development Supportive, team-focused environment If you're looking to take the next step in your property career with a forward-thinking agency, this could be the role for you!
