Our work covers everything from development-related tree surveys and risk assessments to long-term tree management and specialist advice, and our consultancy offering continues to grow.If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your Arboricultural expertise and knowledge, Essex Tree Brothers would love to hear from you.Responsibilities We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced Arborist Sales Manager (Arborist Estimator) to run an established territory, based from our office near Chelmsford, Essex.You will:Be responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service and other non-selling tasks.Advise and provide quotations for carrying out specialised tree work and plant health care services to our clients.Ensure the jobs are completed per the contract and to the client's satisfaction.QualificationsRequiredPrior experience of working in the tree care and preferably have worked in a commercial arboricultural environment.Level 3 (and ideally Level 4) Arb qualification, PTI and/or TRAQ or equivalent (ideally), PA1 and PA6 (ideally).The ability to identify trees, diagnose problems and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans.Sound knowledge of Health and Safety.A focus on providing a high level of Customer Service.The ability to think strategically.Applicants must have a full driving licence.Benefits What can we offer you?Competitive base salary of circa 40000-42000 per annum plus bonus scheme21 days holiday plus BH with an increase of annual leave with length of serviceEstablished family run company friendly and supportive.Company vehicle.Variety of work domestic and commercial arboriculture.Training and Development.If you have the relevant skills required and are interested in this opportunity, please apply ASAP.JBRP1_UKTJ
