Job Description Panel Beater to join a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of 45,000 - 55,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 & every other Saturday 7am - 12pm.Duties:Inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of damage and formulate a repair planRepairing dents, scratches, and damage to bodywork, or replacing panels that cannot be repairedUsing jig and alignment tools to straighten chassis and frames.Performing MIG welding, spot welding, and brazing on structural and cosmetic partsRemoving and replacing damaged panels, trim, and interior partsCreate a trust-based relationship between customer and companyBenefits:45,000 - 55,000 per annum DOE28 days holiday inc BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)Bonus schemePensionExperience required:You must have previous experience working as a Paint Tech within a busy body shopYou will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle paint/ repair techniquesAbility to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasksPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
