Job DescriptionNEW CFO Opportunity - Chelmsford, Essex - PE Backed Group Your new company Following a period of substantial expansion and renewed investment, our client-an established and fast-paced PE-backed UK manufacturing group-is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer. This role will play a central part in defining the financial strategy, improving operational and reporting disciplines, and driving sustained EBITDA growth to support the groups short and longer term strategic vision.Your new role The CFO will provide financial and strategic leadership across the group, delivering robust financial governance, improved reporting capability and enhanced cost control.
