The company works across multi-site portfolios, supporting clients in sectors such as retail, commercial offices, distribution, and public sector estates.Are you a skilled Building Services Engineer who takes pride in delivering a first-time fix and exceptional customer serviceWe're looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to join our growing team, delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance across our client portfolio.This isn't just another service role it's about solving problems properly, identifying root causes, and being the trusted technical expert our customers rely on.The RoleYou'll be responsible for carrying out reactive and pre-planned maintenance, ensuring permanent solutions not temporary fixes.Your day-to-day will include:Completing scheduled PPM tasks to agreed SOPs and service levelsResponding to reactive callouts within agreed timeframesFault finding, diagnostics and root cause analysisAdvising customers and account managers on required repairsMaintaining high workmanship standards clean, professional and compliantUpdating PDA and in-store systems in real-timeManaging van stock to maintain a high first-time fix rateOrdering parts and liaising with Service Desk when requiredIdentifying additional works and supporting quotation processesYou'll operate independently, confidently working from drawings and technical documentation, while maintaining strong communication xjdpvnf with customers and internal teams.Skills & Experience Proven experience in Air Conditioning/ChillersNVQ level 2/3Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilityExperience working within commercial environmentsAbility to work independently without direct supervisionStrong communication skills and customer-facing confidenceProfessional attitude and appearanceFull UK Driving LicenceSalary & Package45-50k (OTE 60K)Field-Based RoleCompany Van ProvidedPension schemeOn Call 1 in 8Generous On call
