We are currently seeking an enthusiastic LSA to support a student with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) within a welcoming, smaller-than-average SEN College located in Chelmsford, Essex.About the Role: This position involves providing daily 1:1 support to a student with SEMH needs throughout their college day. A key part of the role requires the successful candidate to drive to the students home address in Maylandsea, Essex each morning, collect them safely, and transport them to the college in Chelmsford.
