Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager / Production Manager to oversee their busy workshop and deliver high-quality, bespoke projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and interpret client briefs, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and deliveredOversee day-to-day workshop operations and production schedulesLead, motivate, and coordinate the workshop team to ensure efficiency and quality outputPrioritise workload and delegate tasks effectively across multiple projectsEnsure all projects are delivered on time and to a high standardMaintain and update internal systems and job tracking processes (strong IT/computer skills required)Support the delivery of bespoke, design-led projects from concept through to completionRequirements:Proven experience in a Workshop Manager, Production Manager, or similar role (ideally within interiors, joinery, or bespoke manufacturing)Strong organisation, planning, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyA creative and solutions-focused approach to xjdpvnf problem-solvingExcellent communication and team coordination skillsFull UK driving licence (essential due to location)Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pmFlexibility to work overtime during busy periodsWhy Apply?Join a growing, family-run business with an excellent reputationWork on unique, bespoke interior projectsBe part of a supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to make a real impact within the business
