You’ll lead a small team, manage the daily running of the hub, and help us create a standout experience for every member and guest. We’re all about building a community around padel, and you’ll play a key role in making that happen.Key Responsibilities:Manage and inspire a small team of front-of-house staff and coachesOversee daily operations, ensuring smooth running of the hubHandle scheduling, rota management, and timekeepingEngage with members and guests, delivering great service with a personal touchUpsell memberships, coaching sessions, and eventsPlan and oversee events, tournaments, and community initiativesBe the face of The Padel Hub Southampton, leading by example every dayWhat We’re Looking For:Experience managing a small team, ideally in a hospitality, leisure, or sports settingStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasksA natural people person, confident, approachable, and great with customersAn interest in sport (especially padel!) would be a big plusPrevious experience working at a sports club is desirable but not essentialWhy Join Us?This is more than just a job - it’s your chance to be part of something exciting, fresh, and growing rapidly.
