They have a wealth of expertise and have an impressive client base.You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and mortgages. This will involve drafting documents, reporting on title, coordinating searches, and handling transactions through to completion, using a sophisticated case management system and supported with general administrative duties.Requirements & Remuneration:You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, ideally with at least 2 years PQESalary will be competitive and negotiable depending on your experience.
