This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced UI/interaction designer who’s eager to learn and develop in UX, to become a well-rounded product designer. You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced team of UX designers, where you’ll be supported and mentored as you take ownership of the visual craft - designing elegant, accessible, and intuitive experiences that bring our brand to life.As part of a small but growing team, the desire to aim high to deliver the best for our users is essential, working hard and having fun along the way.The role:You’ll design end-to-end product experiences, from early concepts and user flows to polished UIYou’ll bring a high level of craft to interface design, with strong attention to detail and brand consistencyHelp map out user journeys and support the creation of wireframes and prototypesWork closely with our UX designers, developers, and product owners in an agile, cross-functional teamContribute to our design system, creating and maintaining scalable components and patternsDesign intuitive user interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability and accessibilityPresent and communicate your work clearly to stakeholders, balancing user needs with business goalsOwn and evolve the visual design of our digital products, ensuring consistency and high-quality executionBe open to feedback, keen to learn, and proactive in seeking mentorship from our experienced UX teamThings you’ll need:Proven experience in digital product design, with a portfolio that showcases strong UI and visual designSolid understanding of design systems and component-based designA keen interest in UX and a desire to grow your skills in user research, flows, and interaction designAn appreciation for accessibility and inclusive design principlesCollaborative mindset and comfort working in agile, cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills - able to present and explain design decisions with clarityWhy Join Us?
