We have a great opportunity for an experienced Studio co-ordinator/Artworker to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of products to include, toys & games, gifts, homeware products. Their offices are based in the Essex area and they are working fulltime (5 days) in the studio. Offices have onsite free parking.The role is a 50/50 spilt between coordinating the studio workflow and hands on production artwork. You will ensure effective communication of workflow and deadlines to the rest of the team while producing artwork and upholding brand and corporate guidelines.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the studio workflow management system and communication of workflow and deadlines to the rest of the teamProduce print/digital artwork when requiredEnsure effective creative artwork productionMaintaining and upholding brand and corporate guidelinesImplementing and upholding all corporate and product branding on creative workTeamwork and collaboration to align designs with overall business objectivesManage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailAdaptability to handle multiple projects with changing prioritiesCollaborate with other teams to ensure alignment with company objectivesStay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity and efficiencyIdentify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, implementing solutions that enhance productivity, creativity, and operational consistencyRevise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirementsEnsure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlinesEnsure all artwork is archived according to approved procedureAdhere to all creative team policies and protocolRequired SkillsA minimum of 3 years of experience as a Studio Administrator and Artworker or in a similar design roleCreative studio workflow management system experience – , Click Up, Jira or similarHave artworking skills across print/digital some packaging a plusExpertise in Microsoft OfficeExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignEffective project management skills – proven experience in project or resource management within a creative environment (inhouse experience highly preferred)Experience of organising Creative Studio workflow systems specificallyExcellent organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilitiesConfident liaising with design team to facilitate the most efficient working systemsExcellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, colour, and compositionExcellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholdersThe ability to meet project objectives and deadlinesStrong communication skillsPlease send CV and portfolio stating your salary expectations.
