We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team working on world-class trade shows across the globe. This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your career in events while contributing to the successful delivery of high-impact exhibition stands for major B2B brands. In this role, you’ll: Coordinate key logistics such as travel, shipping, furniture, and venue services Build and manage detailed project timelines Communicate with venues, suppliers, and internal teams Order promotional materials and manage marketing assets Support team members with admin and day-to-day project tasks Track budgets and contribute to smooth project delivery You’ll bring: A degree in Event Management or similar experience in exhibitions/events Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Great communication and teamwork skills Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint A willingness to travel (UK and overseas) as the role progresses A valid passport and flexibility for occasional weekend work (with TOIL provided) What’s in it for you? 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays AXA health insurance and Denplan after probation Company laptop Opportunities to travel and grow within a global-facing industry If you're excited by variety, thrive on deadlines, and want to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you.
