Since then we have gone from strength to strength, paving the way for fresh ideas, products and services that are made for nail technicians, by nail technicians. We pride ourselves on being relatable, reliable and transparent.We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.Role & Responsibilities:Act as the go-to person for all knowledge on Glossify productsAnswer all Glossify enquiries across email and social media on products, stock, application and ordersEnsure any product or brand queries on the Glossify community pages are replied to or passed to the relevant teamForwarding or flagging any issues being raised across platforms in a structured way to higher managementRepresenting the brand to a high standard through expert communications with customersAnswer customer queries on development callsSupport on external events where required, interacting with our customers face-to-faceMust have:Experience handling customer service enquiries Be self-sufficientAbility to use G-Suite proficientlyHave worked in an office environment previouslyNice to haves:Passion for the beauty industryHave been a nail technician or have an understanding of the industryExperience using customer support softwareReporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be empowered to implement change and processes.
