Head of Investment

We are seeking an experienced Head of Investment to lead our PBSA investment function, with particular responsibility for joint venture partnerships and portfolio-level investment performance. This role requires daily head office presence at our Cheadle office and would suit an Investment Manager looking to take the next step in their career, with experience working for an SME with JV partners.This is a senior leadership role (with the opportunity to be a director-level role for the right candidate), working closely with the CEO, senior management team and JV partners to ensure our investment structures, reporting, and governance frameworks support long-term value creation.
