Supported by your Assistant Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, supervising and supporting social workers in the management of cases, stepping in where needed to achieve positive outcomes for our children and their families and ensuring the welfare of our children and young people is prioritised.Children matter in Medway, and so do you.
