This is a pivotal role focused on developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across Europeparticularly within the CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) sector.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and accountsBuild deep, consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutionsPromote technical products and services with confidence and professionalismMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with internal teams including finance, logistics, IT, HR, and customer serviceManage pricing strategies to optimize margins and meet revenue targetsProvide timely and accurate reporting on customer visits, opportunities, and market insightsContribute to strategic planning and market assessmentsWhat Were Looking For: 35 years of sales experience in the CASE industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, energetic, and highly motivated with a team-oriented mindsetAbility to lead by example and make effective decisions under pressureWillingness to travel regularly across EuropeFluent in English; additional European languages are a plusWhy Join?
