This is a hybrid role and an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving process improvements, and developing others.Some of your key responsibilities will include:-Manage and support the Credit Control team and Accounts Assistant-Take full ownership of large / complex customer accounts-Investigate and allocate payments-Handle month-end tasks including reconciliations, reporting, accruals, and bad debt provisions-Oversee office supply ordering and liaise with external contractors-Project work - to review and streamline finance processes and policiesPerson Profile:-Experience managing or mentoring team members-Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving complex issues-A natural problem solver who thrives on responsibility and autonomy-Strong Excel skills to include pivot tables and V look ups-Adaptable and proactive happy to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks-Comfortable working in a small but supportive team environmentIf this role sounds of interest, please get in touch to find out more information.
