Senior Quantity Surveyor We are working with a well respected groundworks and civil engineering contractor based in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team delivering Residential Groundworks Projects throughout Yorkshire. The Role Monthly Applications for payment. Pricing and agreement of variations. Procurement of subcontractors. Processing of Subcontract payments. Monthly forecasting of revenue & costs. Monthly CVR. Cash collection & debt control. Final accounts. Management of projects with Contracts Manager to achieve target margins. Liaising with clients & construction team on value engineering or cost reduction opportunities. Regular site visits. Attending prestart meetings and regular progress meetings. Reporting to Commercial Manager and Commercial Director. Knowledge of or experience dealing with NEC contracts an advantage.
