Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking your next challenge in a supportive, collaborative environment? Our clienta reputable legal 500 law firm are seeking a senior solicitor to join their expanding Commercial Property team. This role offers both autonomy and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage your own client portfolio through proactive marketing, networking, and internal referralsHandle a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including sales and purchases, Leases, lease extensions, assignments, surrenders, and alterations, Securitisation and property financingOptional but advantageous experience: option agreements, conditional contracts, Section 106 agreements, land acquisitions, development projects, and plot sales Provide clear, accurate advice via written correspondence, phone, and meetings.Conduct due diligence and manage Land Registry submissions.Generate and respond to new business inquiries; cultivate client relationships.Uphold compliance, manage risk, and oversee case and file management.Support team members' development, participate in CPD, and contribute to marketing initiativessuch as webinars, podcasts, and local networking events.Engage in wider business development and charitable activities RequirementsIdeally 7+ PQE in Commercial PropertyDemonstrable experience in sales, property purchases, leasing, securitisation, assignments, surrenders, and alterationsFamiliarity or experience with land acquisitions, property development, and development funding is a strong plusStrong pride in delivering high-quality work, coupled with Lexcel-standard knowledgeExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Self-motivated, goal-oriented, efficient, reliable, and flexibleStrong organisational, time management, and file-handling capabilitiesBenefits & PackageCompetitive salary tailored to your skills and experienceOngoing development support and direct engagement with senior leadershipGenerous annual leave (typically 25 days)Pension scheme (auto-enrolment salary sacrifice)Health Cash Plan with access to employee benefits Death in service cover, cycle-to-work scheme, enhanced sick payOpportunities to participate in company-sponsored charitable events To explore this exciting opportunity further, please contact us with your current CV and a tailored covering note detailing your relevant experience and career ambitions.
