Job DescriptionMarketing ExecutiveBedfordshire (Hybrid) 35,000 per annum Our client is a rapidly growing personal care brand taking the industry by storm, globally.We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support on their brands social media pages, with a passion monitoring emerging global trends.Key Responsibilities:Track and report on emerging ingredient trends, new textures, formats, and market innovationsacross beauty and personal care categoriesMonitor global market launches using platforms such as Mintel, WGSN, or BeautystreamsAnalyze competitor activity and consumer behavior to support new product ideasManage social media pages for our brandsSupport development of marketing assets including concept decks, trend reports, and productlaunch presentationsHelp align innovation concepts with brand positioning and consumer needsLiaise with graphic design and digital teams to contribute to marketing material creationRequirements:12 years experience in a marketing role within the personal care or cosmetics industryPassion for beauty, wellness, and personal care trendsStrong research skills and ability to synthesize data into actionable insightsSolid understanding of product development processes and timelinesConfident communicator with good organizational and project management skillsProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally experience with trend databases or market insightplatforms
