Job Description Our client, Ecokleen Group is in a major scaleup phase, delivering specialist cleaning, rope access, BMU, MEWP and highrise faade services across the M25. With yearonyear growth of 3035%, the founders are strengthening the senior team with an Operations Director who can take decisive control of delivery, elevate operational performance, and build a platform that supports sustained growth.This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving commercial environment, takes ownership of performance, and can bring the structure and discipline needed to scale a growing business. For the right leader, this role offers a credible and supported step into the Managing Director role within ~18 months.THE ROLE LEAD, IMPROVE, SCALEYou will take full oversight of daytoday operations, establishing the rigour and pace required for a multiservice, highrisk access business.
