An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join a well-established company! Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Salary: 180 230 per day (CIS) or 36,000 45,000 PA PAYE. Location: Caterham Covering site across the South East. About The Company: A rapidly expanding company, serving commercial and domestic clients across the South East. They deliver reactive and planned maintenance services, as well as full refurbishment and fit-out projects. They are currently looking forexperienced multi-trade operatives with a strong plumbing and carpentry backgroundto join their team. While this role is plumbing/carpentry-focused, there will be regular overlap with other trades depending on the specific job. About The Role: Deliveringreactive maintenance and emergency call-outsacross the hospitality sector (predominantly pubs). Supportingplanned works and refurbishment projects. Deliveringplanned bathroom and kitchen installationsand supporting refurbishment projects Ensuring high-quality workmanship and maintaining a good reputation for reliability and standards. Working independently and safely on sites across the South East Skills / Experience Required: 1st/2nd fix carpentry (framework, boxing-in, fitting units) Timber repairs and installs (windows, doors, frames, skirtings/architraves, kitchens, worktops, etc) Fire door installations (beneficial) Windows new installations and existing repairs Bespoke joinery for pub bars and fit outs Drylining and studwork Tiling and decorative finishes General decoration/finishing works (patchwork plastering / filling/ repairs) Own tools (110v or cordless) Pipework alterations and leak repairs Tiling and siliconing (bathrooms/kitchens) Kitchen installations (beneficial) Previous experience in pubs, restaurants, or hospitality sites (beneficial) Plumbing and bathroom installations (full fit-outs, repairs, refurbishments) Full & clean UK driving licence Company Benefits: 180230/day (CIS) or 36,00045,000 PAYE Company van & fuel card Uniform & PPE supplied Overtime and weekend work available End of year performance bonus Company pension (PAYE staff) Ongoing training and support If you feel that you have the relative skills/attributes to fulfil this role then please apply now for immediate consideration.
