Working Hours: MondayThursday: 7:55am 4:30pm Friday: 7:55am 2:15pm (start your weekend early!) Main assignment: You will be responsible for supporting all Health, Safety and Environmental matters at a local level and where applicable at a group level by reviewing, evaluating, and analysing work environments and by designing programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent accidents or injury caused by chemical, physical, behavioural or ergonomic factors. As HSE Lead you are accountable for Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local and international standards Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, and drive corrective actions Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training Ensure compliance with regulatory and client HSE requirements Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization Prepare HSE reports, and documentation Track and monitor KPI's to identify and drive improvements Ready to Power the Future of Automotive Manufacturing?
