Hours of work: Monday - Friday DAYS ONLY, two-week rotation shifts (Week 1 - 5:30am to 2:00pm/ Week 2 - 1:30pm to 10:00pm). Experience working in a plant, quarry or industrial Factory environment - essential. Strong awareness of safety rules, risk assessments and safe systems of work. Reliable, self motivated, with good communication and situational awareness skills. Roles and responsibilities of a Plant Operative; Operate a loading shovel, forklift and various production machinery. Complete all daily plant checks, routine inspections and report any defects promptly. Maintain safe operating of all machinery and follow all site safety protocols. hold high housekeeping standards and adhere to all health & safety procedures.
