Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator Castleford Basic Salary: 45,000 + Bonus (OTE 55,000+) Hours: Monday Friday (No Weekends!) We are working with a highly reputable and well-established bodyshop in Castleford, who are looking to add an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator to their successful team. Whats on Offer: 45,000 basic salary Realistic OTE 55,000+ with bonus scheme Monday to Friday working hours no weekends! Work with a trusted, long-standing, and professional bodyshop Excellent facilities, modern equipment, and supportive team culture The Role: Accurately assess damaged vehicles and create repair estimates using the latest systems (e.g., Audatex). Liaise with customers, insurers, and the workshop team to ensure smooth repair processes. Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service. Work closely with the management team to ensure efficient workflow and maximum customer satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate: Experienced VDA / Vehicle Estimator within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. Fully up to date with Audatex (ATA accreditation desirable but not essential). Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair methods. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Organised, accurate, and able to work to deadlines. Location: Castleford easily commutable from Leeds, Wakefield, Pontefract, and surrounding West Yorkshire areas.
