Youll hone your organisational skills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.Your duties will include:Supporting the banks way of working to help as many customers as possibleMaintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the businessResolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restoredEnsuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.The skills you'll needTo join us in this role, youll have experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers.
