Youll be at the heart of our logistics network, working closely with hauliers to uphold our Zero Harm culture while helping shape cost and performance improvements. xjdpvnf What You'll Be DoingCarrying out vehicle inspections, yard audits, and safety assessments to ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standardsBuilding strong, professional relationships with hauliers and acting as their main point of contact for day-to-day queriesMonitoring telematics and performance data to identify safety risks, service improvements, and cost-saving opportunitiesSupporting regional cost, sourcing, and capacity initiatives, including spot-hire and demand planningProducing reports, scorecards, and insights to support performance reviews and continuous improvementWho you areYou have a strong understanding of road transport safety regulations and compliance standardsYou are experienced in logistics, transport operations, or fleet coordination within a regional environmentYou take pride in building professional relationships and influencing external partners constructivelyYou are confident using data and reporting tools, including Excel, to track performance and drive improvementsYou are able to work independently, manage priorities, and make informed operational decisionsWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
