They are a well-established and growing company with a strong reputation for delivering high specification, traditional designed homes across the Northwest. They have been established for over 30 years and have a healthy pipeline of work, consistently winning repeat business due to the quality of work and level of customer care they put forward.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations on a new-build housing developmentOversee all construction phases from groundworks through to customer handoversEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsCoordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site logisticsMonitor build programs and ensure timely project deliveryConduct regular quality inspections and site meetingsMaintain excellent relationships with customers, contractors, and the wider project teamRequirements:Previous experience as a Site Manager in housebuildingValid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid at Work certificationStrong knowledge of NHBC and Building RegulationsExcellent organisational, communication, and leadership skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityFull UK driving licenceSalary is negotiable and they are looking for somebody to start the team ASAP!If you would like a confidential call regarding the next step in your career, please contact 01204 554 884 (opt 3.) and ask for Leah.
