OverviewWe are hiring for an after sales member of staff who can look after our administration side of the service department. The role will include meeting and greeting customers face to face when they enter our showroom and also to answer calls and direct them to appropriate department. ResponsibilitiesMeet and greet customers face to face in the showroom and direct them to the appropriate department. Answer calls and direct them to the relevant department. Book customers in for services or warranty jobs on our online system. Manage the diary to ensure it is organised and that jobs are booked in appropriately for the engineers to do their job each day. Handle paperwork including logging/typing invoices for jobs completed and make warranty claims to companies when parts need ordering. QualificationsExperience in the industry is not needed as we will guide you. Please include your CV when applying.
