Job Role: Level 3 Nursery Nurse Were looking for two warm, reliable, and motivated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team. Youll help create a joyful, nurturing atmosphere where children can learn, play, and flourish. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire learning Observe, assess, and record childrens progress through detailed learning journals Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers Reflect Biblical values such as kindness, patience, and integrity in your daily work Collaborate with your team to create a fun and uplifting environment Attend training and staff meetings, contributing to the nurserys continuous improvement What Were Looking For Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Minimum 6 months experience in a nursery or early years setting Strong understanding of the EYFS , safeguarding , and child development A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature Willingness to uphold Biblical values in daily nursery life Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Hours: 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Desirable (but not essential): Paediatric First Aid qualification Food Safety Level 2 (or above) Basic Safeguarding training Benefits Company pension scheme Employee discount Complimentary staff snacks and refreshments always available Opportunities for growth and professional development A supportive, friendly team in a brand-new, creative, themed nursery TPBN1_UKTJ
