Internal Sales Advisor

My client a leading manufacturer based in Carlisle are seeking a Internal Sales Advisor. This is a key role in driving success through strong customer relationships and seamless sales processes.My client operating from a purpose built site in Carlisle are a market leader in there product offering. They are part of a larger US Group which facilitates a global customer base.As Internal Sales Advisor reporting to the Sales Manager you will:Make outbound calls to existing customers and generate new leads.Provide quotations and advice across our full product range.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Use Salesforce to track activities and manage opportunities.Process orders accurately using Orderwise.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and identify training needs.The most desirable Internal Sales Advisor applicant will have:Proven experience in outbound sales and relationship building.Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and Orderwise (preferred).Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.£26,000 - £28,000 plus benefitsPlease note this role is full time on-site in Carlisle.EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
