We’re opening a new domiciliary care branch in Carlisle, and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead the service through registration and early growth.This is a rare opportunity to shape a service from the ground up with the backing of established central teams, clear expectations, and realistic timescales.About the branchThis is a newly opening service. As our Founding Registered Care Manager, you will:Lead the branch through registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)Build and develop your local teamGrow the service at a sustainable pace, with quality and safety at the centreYou will not be expected to do everything alone.
