We are looking for an enthusiastic, Procurement Administrator to join our team at an exciting time of growth. Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationship with vendorsRaising, placing and tracking purchase ordersProgressing of order to ensure specified delivery dates are met and correct items and quantities are received Managing Stock Levels Updating and maintaining internal databases with records of orders, contractsEvaluating pricing from vendors and negotiating to obtain improved pricingResearch new suppliers and making recommendations to ManagerWell presented, self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude.Ability to manage own workload to meet deadlines in a busy environment with minimal supervision.Continual education on new and existing products and services within the industry.Work alongside the team to support sales and contract renewals for existing customers Soft SkillsAbility to multi task and perform under pressureGood time management and solid organisation and communication skillsStrong emphasis on accuracy and detailExcellent command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) plus the willingness and ability to utilise new IT systems as required.Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).Strong negotiation skills.
