Sales Representative Field Sales Location: Cumbria & Southwest Scotland Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday Friday Salary: 30,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic earnings around 60,000) NXT Recruitment is supporting a growing office technology business looking to expand its presence in Cumbria and Southwest Scotland. The Role As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing end-user sales across your territory. You will build relationships with decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities within the MPS sector Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close Represent the business professionally in all customer interactions Work autonomously to grow your sales territory and achieve targets Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience Maintain accurate records of activity, leads and sales About You Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused Experience in MPS sales is highly desirable Confident in building relationships and developing new business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, resilient and able to work independently Full UK driving license Why This Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a newly created sales role with uncapped earnings and real career progression.
