Purchasing Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is commercially savvy, confident with systems, and skilled at working with detailed product information across multiple brands and product codes. Key responsibilities: Manage the purchasing of products across multiple brands and categories Accurately process orders, ensuring correct product codes and descriptions are used Maintain and update purchasing systems with current stock and supplier information Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability while minimising excess inventory Work closely with internal teams to ensure purchasing aligns with business needs Analyse data to support cost savings and identify purchasing opportunities About you: Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with multiple product codes and brands Confident using computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities If you’re detail-focused, commercially minded, and ready to make a positive impact in a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
