Our client is a leading provider of facilities management solutions, delivering services across commercial and government environments.The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a large government contract. This is a mobile role, covering urban areas across Cumbria, working as part of a wider multi skilled engineering team.Package:Salary: 41,000 46,000 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications)Company vehicle & fuel card suppliedMonday Friday working patternCore hours 8:00am 5:00pmOn-call rota: 1 in 8 1 in 1025 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPension schemeTraining, development & progression opportunitiesResponsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across government buildingsWork on emergency lighting, distribution boards and power circuitsRespond to electrical faults and complete repairs efficientlyUndertake ad-hoc mechanical and/or fabric repairs where requiredParticipate in the on-call rotaComplete all relevant paperwork and compliance documentationWork collaboratively as part of a team of 910 engineers across multiple tradesQualifications:Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent2391 Testing & Inspection beneficial but not essentialPrevious experience within Facilities Management preferred, though candidates from an installation background will be consideredFull UK driving licence essentialStrong fault-finding and maintenance experienceGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a wider teamMust be able to pass BPSS security clearanceJBRP1_UKTJ
