This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a high-performing site team on either a freelance or permanent basis. Your new role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of new-build housing units, maintaining high standards of quality, health 'safety, and programme performance. Responsibilities include: Assisting with daytoday site operations across a live housing developmentSupporting the coordination of subcontractors and tradesMonitoring build quality in line with NHBC and company standardsEnsuring site safety compliance and maintaining accurate site recordsContributing to progress meetings, reporting, and programme updatesMaintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customer care teams What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within newbuild housingStrong knowledge of NHBC standards and residential construction methodsValid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and support a busy construction programmeProfessional, organised, and committed to delivering a highquality product What you'll get in return Freelance: Competitive day rate availablePermanent: Attractive salary package with benefits(Both options considered depending on candidate preference and experience.)
