D365 Solutions AnalystLocation: Carlisle (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office).A growing organisation is seeking an experienced D365 Solutions Analyst to join their Technology team. This role offers the chance to work across a range of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules, supporting ongoing projects and system enhancements within a hybrid working environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide first and second-line support for D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Commerce).Troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and liaise with third-party vendors where required.Gather and analyse business requirements to propose effective functional solutions.Support upgrades, module rollouts, UAT, and data integrity tasks.Maintain documentation and monitor system performance, recommending enhancements where appropriate.Requirements:3+ years’ experience with D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.Strong functional understanding of finance and operations processes.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.Familiarity with Power Platform or willingness to develop skills in this area.Ability to manage multiple tasks and produce clear, accurate documentation.Desirable:D365 Functional Certifications.Industry experience in agriculture, retail, or manufacturing.Exposure to LCS, DevOps, and Microsoft reporting tools (Power BI/Fabric).Some travel to other sites may be required.If you’re looking to take the next step in your Dynamics career within a supportive and forward-thinking business feel free to reach out at
