Compliance and Client Relationship Consultant

Stafforce Carlisle are currently recruiting for a Compliance and Client Relationship Consultant for a business working in the renewable energy sector. This role will be offered on a permanent, self-employed consultancy contract, with working hours spanning 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday. This role is commission based, extremely fast paced and requires rapid responses for customers and third-party organisations. We're only seeking candidates who thrive in a dynamic and high-expectation working environment. Daily responsibilities include: Providing best-in-class client experience to service users, with telephone, SMS and email contact Ensuring all compliance documents are provided correctly and quickly to the relevant recipient Rapidly responding to incoming requests, client communications and resolving any issues promptly Ensuring all KPI targets are hit consistently by constant liaison with third parties and clients Use provided training to expertly provide knowledge of compliance requirements, ensuring a 'right-first-time' approach Updating spreadsheets and the CRM Handling complex calls, including delivering disappointing outcomes to service users Meticulously adhering to SOPs To be successful in this position, you will certainly have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar for all written communications. A positive, light-hearted, and unshakable attitude is most important. As you will work with organisations who do not have a 'right first time' or client-centric approach, mitigating this deficit with exceptional interpersonal skills is of paramount importance. Aside from your personality traits, you will ideally have a firm understanding of contemporary sales strategy and be continuously participating in self-development in this area. You will also have good capability with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and be efficient with spreadsheets (Google/Excel) at a fast pace (including hot key use to expedite repetitive processes). Finally, it's important to understand that our client is looking for a high-energy individual to help them to help more UK homes in need of grant funded home energy retrofit installations. As they are commission-based and committed to growing the business rapidly, the current team start early and are always happy to stay beyond 5pm.
